This class is the main program offered at our facility.  It's a High Intensity, Constantly Varied, Function Movement system of fitness.  In laymen's terms, the movements we do are what your body is designed for and the duration is short enough for you to be able to push it the whole time. The entire program is designed to take anyone, with any level of  fitness, from weak to elite.  The daily workout runs on the "Scale System"; which means that if you can't do what the prescribed workout calls for then we will scale you down accordingly to your current abilities.  Then over time, as you get more fit the difficulty of workout will increase.  However, if you're already in great shape and wish to see exactly where your intestinal fortitude levels are, then you can take on the workouts as prescribed, and rise to new heights.  Wherever you may be in the pursuit to better yourself we will make you faster, stronger, and more fit than you have ever been!!
