What is CrossFit Sport Yoga and Mobility?

Sport Yoga is a combination of Hatha yoga, martial arts warm-up routines, tai chi, and pilates. These exercises are designed to promote wellness and strength on a mental and physical level. Similar to yoga, mobility class aims to increase flexibility, better performance, decrease injury, and shorten recovery time through the use of myofascial release, PNF (proprioceptive muscular facilitation, reciprocal inhibition. What the heck does that mean? It's scientific super stretching.
